Q. How many Invitation sets should I order?
A. You should order 1 invitation per couple and or household. Sending invitations to someone you know that can’t attend your invitation will make them feel included and part of the celebration. We suggest that you order an additional 25 on all items now to avoid costly re-orders. It is less expensive to buy extras now.  Reorders are considered “new orders” and are priced as a new 25 piece order. This will allow for additional guests if necessary. You may also want to order extra envelopes in case of errors or returned invitations.
Q. How long does it take for an order to ship?
A. Orders generally ship within 2-3 Business days once your order is received and processed.

****Note orders with special work, such as artwork, Hebrew typesetting, layering, custom addressing, hand-lined envelopes and assembly will require additional time.

Q. How long does it take to get my proof?
A. Once your order is received and processed, you can expect to receive your proof in 2-3 business days. Reproofs requests before 3:00 EST will be sent by the end of the next business day. Your order will ship 2 days from proof approval.

****Note orders with special work, such as artwork, Hebrew typesetting, layering, custom addressing, hand-lined envelopes and assembly will require additional time.

Q. Why use a Save the Date card?
A. Give family and friends advance notice of your wedding plans so they can start planning to attend. If you are having out of town guests, they can make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Many Brides also include a wedding website they have created. This way, guests can view details of the journey to your wedding.  How you met, proposal details, view photos etc. The wedding website can also be updated with additional details for your ceremony and reception. You can also include where you are registered for your Bridal Shower and wedding gifts.
Q. What is a Response set?
A. This is a card and envelope set that is preprinted with your address. Included in with your invitation and is mailed back to you and is an easy way to keep track of guests attending.  Guests can choose menu options and even list dietary restraints. Be sure to include a stamp on the response envelope.
Q. What are Double Envelopes vs. Single Envelopes?
A. Traditionally, 2 envelopes are used on invitations; the inner envelope protects the invitation and ensures a nice way to keep the invitation clean once received. They are often available with lining colors to enhance the colors with your invitation. Single envelopes are more contemporary and are often available with a lining color to enhance your invitations. Each invitation will tell you if they have double or single envelopes – Unfortunately you are unable to choose between the single and double envelopes.
